I have been so lucky to work with great photographers for my curvy shoots each one amazing in their own special way. When Cenia New York asked me to coordinate one of the shoots for the launch of her ConVi Jean line I was so excited but a bit nervous because it would be in Jacksonville, Florida and I didn’t know any photographers in that area.
I contacted beautiful model Rebecca Buckman Winters who lives there and she told me about @BFAimages,I looked him up, saw his work and knew he was the one. The day of the shoot he was there on time something that is a must for me. Jae is a very cordial and talented photographer, easy to work with, he starts the shoot and BOOM… magic happens. He says..
“My love for photography began as a hobby for me to keep busy during a time when I was rehabilitating from a semi truck accident that left me needing two major surgeries.
I needed lots of time to recover from knee and back surgery with nothing to do but rest and rehab I began getting curious about photography. With a lifetime interest in music and art it was a natural fit for me.
The more I learned the more I loved it. And throughout my photography journey I have made a very conscious effort to be able to photograph people of all different skin tones, shapes and sizes. My motto is anyone can have a great photo taken of them. So I really see no difference in taking photos of a full figured, standard size or petite model. It is all about vision, composition, and angles with those three things you can take a photos of anyone.”
If you are looking for a great photographer in Jacksonville look him up at @BFAimages you will not be dissapointed!
