This summer so far has been so amazing, last weekend I went to Galveston beach with my family. My Bestie Timothy and I are seeing each other this week and are attending swim week in Houston which should be exciting. We always go on Mini trips in-between our trips if that makes sense. We find places to explore all the time and take pictures of everything under the sun, it makes sense since my bff is a photographer haha.
We have actually been friends for 7 years now: wow as I am writing this I can’t even believe it’s been this long! He is truly an amazing person and extremely talented as well and I wanted to make a fun little kit for our day trip together in Houston, as a”celebration” of our friendship; plus to keep us refreshed and filled with sweet goodies. We are going to be going all around H-Town and we need to beat this summer heat and I knew exactly what to pick up.
I headed to Walmart to get a few items that I knew I needed in my kit and I had a bit of a surprise for my bestie. I heard that the Share A Coke campaign is huge this year with 1000 names printed on the bottles, available at Walmart. I love that Walmart has such an huge section of the Coca-Cola personalized 20 oz bottles and they are so easy to find.I thought how awesome would It be to add a personalized touch to his kit.
I was so glad it was easy to find Coca-Cola bottle’s that defined our friendship, like BFF, #1 and his name Timothy. I know when he see’s the bottle with his name he will be so excited! Also REESE’s cups thought it would be great to join in and share fun sayings on their Peanut butter cups, I grabbed the “BFF and 2Funny” one for my best friend and I. REESE’S cups is one of his favorite treats so I know this will make him extremely happy.
All I needed for this”Day Trip kit” is a couple of waters, Coca-Cola drinks and REESE”S peanut butter cups for that sweet pick me up and I added flip-flops in the bag as well since we will be hitting up the pool after our trip and there you have it.
After running around we wanted to wind down and what a better way by sitting pool side and sharing a Coke and reminiscing on the day that we had. It was pretty funny because we both grabbed the same “BFF” Coca-Cola out the bag, we are big dorks and that’s why were are good friends. We bring the best out of each other.
It was so nice to “share a Coke” with my bestie and share how much I appreciated him, who would you Share a Coke with and why? Leave a comment below. Check out here how you can find your own personalized Coca-Cola bottle. For more REESE’s cups and Share a Coke awesomeness click here.
