Pretty in Pink: Monroe and Main Review and Giveaway!

I was so excited to be contacted by Monroe and main to Review their clothing and the Fit for you guide. I have been a Fan of Monroe and Main for a while now but never purchased anything because I’m scared to buy things online without knowing how it will fit my body. So when I heard they had a new feature called the Fit For You Guide that helps you figure out what exactly works for your body, I knew I had to try it! I love the fact that the Guide breaks it down for you and tells you exactly how you should measure yourself, then it gives you options on the Shape Solutions page.  I was very impressed when i saw they had a shape solutions guide, that advises you what is best for your body type and how to dress it up. On the same page there are links to styles that work for you.  They offer several shape solutions for many body types, If you have a large bust they offer options for you and if you have a tummy they have an option for you too. Of course, I chose the Hide Hips and Add Height option because I’m funsized!

So I chose the Hide Hips and Add Height section and found a few pieces that I thought would suit my body, I ordered the Universal Strapless Black dress, Bright Denim Jacket, and the Veronica Pumps (which are amazing by the way). 

When I received the items I was so thrilled, to be honest I really never wore dresses because the ones I have tried didn’t flatter my body type. I was always apprehensive  because I have larger hips, and I’m Fun Sized so it’s hard to find a dress that actually fits me correctly.  So when I tried the dress on I was so happy because it actually fit and wasn’t too long just right above the knee which was perfect. I loved the Bright Denim Jacket, it was so beautiful and can be used with many different outfits that’s one of the reasons why I chose it. Like I always say it’s all about Key pieces in your wardrobe, you can have one Dress and dress it up a million different ways. So lets talk about shoes, these Veronica Pumps are awesome.
