Getting to be invited to a behind the Scenes photoshoot with the Amazing photographer from Puerto Rico Vanessa Velez and Plus Size Model Ana Garcia is magical. They had a project a couple of months ago because their dream was to get the editorial in Plus Model magazine, they took a chance and it payed off, their editorial was chosen for the swimsuit issue 2012 for PMM.
We arrived at Vanessa’s home early in the morning and MUA Gabriela Escalera was waiting for us, she only did the makeup first because the first shoot was the underwater pics, we went to the pool and these girls were in the water for almost three hours, not at easy task, but they made it look like so much fun! We went back to Vanessa’s home and Gabriela did the makeup and hair for the shoot at the San Juan Hotel.
The Hotel was so beautiful and the staff was very gracious. Carolina Rodriguez provided the headbands for the shoot, just beautiful! The shoot lasted until 7PM it was such a long day, but i loved every minute of it. Vanessa is working on another project and i have been invited for a behind scenes and i cannot wait! I got an exclusive interview with Vanessa Velez about the shoot stay tuned for that.
