Torrid is one of my favorite plus size stores and in Puerto Rico, we have one in Plaza Las Americas. Going to buy there is such a great experience because the managers and staff give you the royal treatment. Everytime I go I talk to Glorianne Rivera one of the managers, the sweetest and most professional person you will ever meet.
Khati Martinez is another manager I love talking to her too, to me the success of this store is that they make you feel at home. This past Saturday they had a Fashion Show and it was a hit, the models all looked gorgeous and the clothes they modeled just beautiful.
They had some of the models be live mannequins in the stores window and I loved that idea they really did look like plus size mannequins, seeing the look on people’s faces when they saw them and the great comments were priceless….Congrats to them for such an amazing event and I hope there will be many more to come!!
