Puerto Ricans love Fashion and last week we got to experience one of the most amazing Fashion Events on the Island it was called San Juan Moda, organized by Carlos Bermúdez y Lemil Collazo, it took place at the Hotel San Juan and it was dedicated to the veteran Designer Carlota Alfaro.

Among the Designers that presented their beautiful Spring,Summer collections for 2014 were Designers Alberto Torres, Edzel Giovanni, Heriberto Vazquez, Pipo Pere, and Sonia Santiago. There was a special presentation by Bolivian Designer Rosita Hurtado.
Her designs are just beautiful. The entrance to this great event was by invitation only, but it was showcased by closed circuit at the lobby were everyone could enjoy the Fashion Shows along with others presented there free of charge.

It was amazing to see how many people came out to see the event especially Designers Pipo Pere’s presentation. I can honestly say that it has been the talk of the town, I hope to see a Curvy Event like this someday in Puerto Rico… you never know!
