I am a huge fan of Chanel and while I was browsing some of there collection’s this one outfit inspired me. It’s such a classy outfit, with black and white patterns and decked out with giant pearls. I love how the silhouettes of Chanel spring 2013 collection were dominated by an A-line or a bolero. What stood out to me was the giant pearls and the outfits finished with peter pan collars. This collection inspired me to create my own manicure look based on this outfit. I am inspired by what I see magazine’s or fashion shows and I am so glad I can share with you this look I created.
I decided to go on walgreens.com to search for some nail polish and of course I looked up Sally Hansen nail products. Check out my google + album of my trip. And I used my used my Balance Rewards card for my purchase at Walgreens.com. Make sure to sign up for a balance rewards card if you don’t have one. Take advantage of the deal Walgreens is having until 3/30/13 BOGO 50% on Insta Dri and Salon Effects at Walgreens. Use you card, buy 2 between 3/10-3/16, and you will receive 2,000 points. That is an amazing deal!
First thing I did was applied a base coat, this is very important to do. It ensure’s your working with a nice and smooth palette and makes the polish glide on easier.
Then I pulled out the Color Quick fast dry in Black polish and applied two coats. I let it dry for a bit then I applied the Nail art pen in white which worked amazing, the felt tip made it super easy for me.
After I let the nails dry, I applied the Insta-Dri polish and it did just what it said it would do 30 seconds later it was dry viola!!

I started blogging about Fashion and Beauty, plus events i attend frequently around the USA. As a Plus size or Curvy girl its hard to find nice clothing on a budget. Well at least that’s the case for myself. I Only shop in the clearance rack or when there is a sale i cannot pass up. It is possible to shop for fashionable clothing on a budget. And i’m here to help and give tips on how to achieve this. I want to show that you can still be a Fierce and Fabulous Curvy Gal on a thrift store budget.

Love the polka-dots. Very chic. I think I’m going to have to get myself an art pen. Those look awesome.
