Ok ya’ll heard how Lindsey Logan is going to jail for 90 days.. right? I do not know why she won’t own up and go to Jail so this Hefer Decide to Go to “””REHAB””” just to say ohhh i got an addiction so she doesnt go to jail… please girl!!! we all know why u went to rehab to avoid Jail time .. why dont u own up to your crime’s and go to Jail like a normal Human Being i mean Geez… i just Hate i mean Absoultly Hate!! when Celebrites get off the hook with stuff …..like they can Kill someone Aka OJ… and get away with it…. like what the hell!!!Dam if i went around killing people i would be in jail asap!!! Ok so…. Lindsay is supposed to turn herself in Tuesday to begin her jail time. She was originally sentenced to 90 days of rehab after 90 days in jail….And for some who are like why she going to Jail… it’s for violating her probation in her DUI case….
Judge Marsha Revel heard testimony from the alcohol ed people, who admitted Lindsay violated the judge’s command to attend classes at least once a week. Fact is … at least 9 times Lindsay did not hit the mark. In fact, one witness said Lindsay was disrespectful and filled with excuses, yet for some reason officials from the Right On program never notified the judge. The judge clearly has no patience for Lindsay and prosecutor Danette Meyers is going for full jail-time, telling the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court… The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly. The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.. It seems as if the judge is very fair as well. She was very firm and just stated the facts reasonably.
I wish Lindsay would just get healthy and happy again.
Yes you are 100% right.. the Judge did what she thought was best for her.. Hopefully after all this she will Be happy again 🙂
