The Fashion Passport Models
The week before Fashion Passport Plus Size Edition was very hectic for everyone, the fittings, the guests arriving, the last minute details, but the team got through it. I was invited to the Dinner that was held at En Boga Restaurant but could not attend because of a prior engagement. I was told that they had a great time, the models met Madeline Figueroa Jones, Editor and Chief of Plus Model Magazine, and the other guests, one being the famous plus size model Fluvia Lacerda, the girls were estatic meeting all of them because this was a dream come true for them. The day of the event I got there early to meet with the models backstage, they were so relaxed and happy, they all got along great!
I invited two great photographers from the island, Vanessa Velez and Enuel Viera to cover the event and help out Madeline Jones interviewing some of the models. The highlight of my day was when I saw Madeline Jones come in with her beautiful guests, I went to meet her and she is such a beautiful and gracious lady, the other models were also very charming. The Fashion Show began and the girls rocked the runway, they looked beautiful , I could see it in their eyes how exited they were, and that made me so happy!! Marilyn Arroyo the events coordinator looked stunning in a green dress and was so happy that her dream came true. I loved the event and want to congradulate everyone involved because I know they put their heart and soul for the event to be a success.

Marta, You really know how to organize your ideas well! The models and concept of this event were exceptional, but MA has lots to walk before she can glorify her dream. We want only to hear of all the positive !
