Designer to watch in 2015: Danni RoKmor-1246

Earlier this year I was invited to attend 1426 Fashion week, I was so excited to attend the event in April. It’s always refreshing to see what the designers have in store for us, and man did they bring it this year! During the event a designer’s line caught my eye and I was floored by her designs, they are pieces i’ve never seen before and that’s so refreshing to see! 

Her name is Danni RoKmor

Here is a bit about her and why she started her line!

Danni RoKmor started her business venture in 2011. She first had thoughts of her own clothing line as a teenager, in her hometown Fayetteville, NC. In 2009 Danni lost her mother suddenly and she realized that she could pay tribute to her by naming her line after her mother’s birthday. 1246 came from December 1946, which is her mother’s birthday. This is Danni’s inspiration behind the company’s name. Danni has put in hours and hours of work to make sure her line is a very successful business. She has worked many nights without sleep and has networked with many different people to make sure her line receives the proper exposure it needs. Danni spent many days brainstorming on how to break into the plus size fashion industry with something different and unique that the industry does not have yet. She traveled to many stores and boutiques looking at what her competition was and what style of clothing was out for our plus size ladies and was already in the market. Danni soon realized that the problem our plus size ladies are having was finding the right style and size while still being sexy.

She then made her mind up that it was time to solve the problem our plus size ladies were having. She designed dresses with different styles and looks. Her dresses are designed for every type of plus size woman there is in the world. If you are a plus size woman that does not like to show too much and still be sexy and show the curves or the plus size woman that loves to show her beautiful skin, she has made dresses for both. Danni also designed a lingerie line for the plus size ladies that takes plus size to another level with their sexiness. Danni had her first show in Houston, Texas in April 2014. Her designs were on the runway at 1426 Fashion Week and it was an amazing turnout. Danni recieved great feedback from numerous bloggers and others in the industry which has made her career progress. Danni also had a radio interview on TNT Radio that opened many other doors for 1246. Danni intends on taking her clothing line to many countries and to have them in many stores all around the world. She will also be building her line to open her own stores in numerous states across the USA.  1246 is a clothing line that specializes in the couture fashion industry that will bring a more sexy, classy and better style of clothing to our plus size ladies. We intend on providing a superior quality line, reliable service & competitive prices. 1246 is designed towards the independent, elegant plus size consumer with a more confident and diversified appeal.1246 makes their dresses with a fabric that fits to the body and shows off the voluptuous curves of a plus size woman. We also have a lingerie line that will bring out the sexual side of a plus size woman. Our lingerie is made with fine stretch silk fabric, that is not easily torn. 1246 has a Men’s line that consist of 2 and 3 piece suits and has numerous styles for every type of man of every size. The suits can be worn for business, happy hour or etc. 1246 intends on breaking threw the fashion industry & taking a risk with numerous color blocking and styles that have not yet been done in this manner. If you are looking for a dynamic & unique style of clothing then 1246 is for you. 1246 will be seen in numerous cities and countries, and will grace the runways at many different fashion weeks. If you are a confident, sexy and unique individual 1246 is what you need to be wearing.

 I am seriously in Love with this piece right here! I can’t wait till her line is out and I can be rocking it everywhere I go!
